Pour cet altar/tea cloth, j’ai filé le lin (cultivé en France et Belgique) du fil de trame, ce qui donne cette charmante irrégularité. Cette fois-ci, je n’ai pas fait de teinture pour garder sa belle couleur naturelle. Cet altar/tea cloth est idéal pour les moments méditatifs et spirituels. On peut par exemple l’utiliser pour la cérémonie du thé, ou simplement y poser un vase, un livre, une bougie ou un objet précieux pour créer un moment de sérénité.
Chaîne + trame : lin + lin filé à la main (par moi)
Lavage : eau froide à la main.

For this altar/tea cloth, I spun the flax (cultivated in France and Belgium) for the weft, which gives this charming irregularity.
